Cashew Mylk

Serves: 6

Time: 5 minutes (+soak nuts overnight)

Ingredients:

1 cup of raw cashews

1 litre of filtered water

METHOD:

Soak cashews overnight in filtered water.

Drain and rinse. Add to a high-speed blender, Nutribullet, or the like, along with 1 litre of fresh filtered water.

Blend until smooth. Pour into a jar and refrigerate.

TIPS:

To make it extra yummy you can add a pinch of vanilla bean powder or cinnamon when blending!

My absolute favorite thing about this nut mylk is there's no straining, you just funnel into a jar and you're done...... magical!

I heat and use this as you would normal milk for coffee, or in my breakfast chia pots.
