Oat and Chia Pots

Oat and Chia Pots

Serves: 1

Time: 5 minutes


1 tbs chia seeds

2 tbs quick oats

1/4 ts cinnamon

pinch of vanilla bean powder

3/4 cup coconut milk

Toasted coconut to serve

Fresh berries to serve


Put the chia, oats, cinnamon, and vanilla in a jar or bowl.

Add the coconut milk and mix well, make sure it's well combined and there aren't any lumps.

Leave in the fridge overnight, or for at least 30 minutes to absorb the milk.

Serve with your favorite toppings, mix it up, the options are endless!!


Make 2 or 3 of these in one go and have no excuse to skip breakfast!

Some of the toppers I use;

  • Toasted walnut and grated apple
  • Toasted coconut and raspberry
  • Blueberries and toasted almonds
  • Flaxseed and maple syrup with a small handful of granola
