Sauteed Leafy Greens

Serves: 2

Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

2 bunches or huge handfuls of greens

3-4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

2 tbs olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

METHOD:

Roughly chop all your greens, a finely chop the garlic. If you can tolerate garlic then go nuts, add as much as you like!

Saute the garlic in the olive oil for a couple of minutes, then dump all the greens in and stir until they wilt.

Season with salt and pepper, and chuck them on your plate!

TIPS:

Try at your farmers market to see what organic greens they have, silverbeet, mustard greens, kale...

The benefits of getting greens (fiber) into your diet on a daily basis are HUGE, this is one way I've found to make it super easy AND delicious!
