Sweet & Sour Gut Gummies

Makes: 40 gummies

Ingredients:

200 gm Cherries, pitted (I used frozen)

180 ml lime juice

2 tbs raw honey

40 gm Grass-fed gelatin

Method:

Place cherries and lime juice into a small pot and heat on the stove until they are juicy and warm (not too hot) transfer into a high powered blender and blitz until you have a smooth paste.

Add honey and gelatin to a blender (I used Great Lakes Gelatin)

Blend on high until completely combined, it will go kind of gooey and should be pretty smooth in texture.

Pour out into molds (I got mine from Kmart) Pop onto a tray and place in the fridge to set for about 30 minutes.

When set, pop out of molds and keep them in the fridge in a container until consumed!

Tips:

You can easily replace the cherries for any other berry you like, or fruit for that matter!
