Yoghurt and Berry Parfait

Serves: 1

Time: 5 minutes


3 Heaped tbs natural yoghurt

1 Scoop of protein powder

1 tbs chia seeds

2 tbs quick oats

Milk or nut milk, it's up to you!

Fresh berries

A handful of granola

Drizzle of flaxseed oil


Mix yoghurt, protein, and milk together with chia seeds and oats, let it sit for at least 5 mins for milk to absorb.

I like to do this the night before and let it sit in the fridge, then all you have to do is add the berries and granola before you run out the door!

For berries use whatever is in season, or you can buy frozen organic berries if out of season.
