Kimchi is a staple in Korean diets for its tastiness and health benefits! Not only do garlic, ginger and veggies go together so well, but once fermented the different depths of flavour continue to surprise.


I didn't realise how much there was still to learn until I attended Bri's Introduction to Fermentation class! The class was informative and fun and I can't wait to try all the ferments we made.


Learning how to properly second ferment my kombucha has been wonderful, I know now how to get a fizzy, tasty batch every time. Can't recommend this class enough!


I now have the confidence to try my hand at other ferments at home. Bri makes it easy to understand and give great tips and tricks to keep up your sleeve for when you're going "solo" I've even emailed her a few times and had quick and helpful responses, great work.
