I'm currently adapting my most popular workshops to be online where possible.

You can either join and just sit back with a cuppa and let it all sink in or you can prep all the materials listed out for you and follow along from your own kitchen!

These classes are designed to be just as interactive and fun as they are in person, there's still plenty of time for Q&A which is always encouraged! Can't wait to ferment with you.

Preserving foods is a life skill that has been passed down from generation to generation. Fermentation is popular yet again. This is because of the incredible health benefits that come with including these probiotics in our diets.
